Learn the basics of home mushroom cultivation from mycology enthusiast Eric Osborne. The course will introduce you to log inoculations with a variety of gourmet mushrooms. Come and be a part of the mycelia revolution. Cost: $20 members, $25 non-members In addition to taking the course participants can take home their own inoculated mushroom logs or straw bags for an additional fee. w/ inoculated log (reishi + oyster mushrooms) add $30 w/ inoculated straw bags (oyster mushrooms) add $30  w/ both add $50 Orders for these program add-ons should be made a minimum of one week in advance.
