Dragonflies have compound eyes, that are sometimes full of butterflies. Join our volunteer naturalists for an exploration of these jewels of the prairie. We are hoping to be dazzled by their brilliant colors and forms. O.W.L.S. (Older Wiser Livelier Seniors) programs are a series of nature rambles, hikes, and presentations, each designed especially for seniors. Please dress for outdoor conditions (sandals are not recommended). Afterwards, you may wish to order lunch from Isaac’s Café in the Visitor Center – rounding out a perfect day!
