Inspired by Bernheim was a plein air opportunity for artists to utilize Bernheim Arboretum and Research Forest’s natural beauty as the subject matter for a juried exhibition. Artists were given the opportunity to paint in the setting of their choice throughout Bernheim’s arboretum from September 1 through September 31. Their creative expressions will be on display as part of the Sacred Air: Festival of Faiths, November 2-7, 2011 at the henry Clay Building in downtown Louisville. Or see the exhibit at the Visitor Center at Bernheim November 15 - December 21. All works are for sale.
