Scarecrow Jubilee

Create Your Own Scarecrow
2012 THEME: HUNGRY FOR NATURE

Bernheim’s Scarecrow Jubilee is a fun, family-oriented outdoor exhibition designed to connect individuals with nature and inspire nature-related experiences. This show helps us meet our mission of connecting people with nature by inviting the community to be a part of the creative spirit.

Bernheim’s fifth annual Scarecrow Jubilee kicks off our premier fall event, ColorFest, and will remain on display through mid November. We invite you to create and display a unique scarecrow for this event. Use your wildest imagination! These are not your typical scarecrows; they are fun, whimsical, themed and creative. All scarecrows on display will be eligible for first place in these categories:
   Most Original
   Best Relation to Theme
   Funniest
   People’s Choice Award

Artists and ordinary folks alike, groups such as scout troops, schools, volunteers, businesses and other collaborations are welcome and encouraged to submit.  Your name or your group’s name will be displayed with your entry. All scarecrows must meet the guidelines to be considered for display. Register by October 12, 2012.
