Reservations and Fees: There is a $50.00 non-refundable deposit. This fee is due when the office has scheduled a tentative date. A policy will then be mailed out and the remainder of the fee and the signed policy needs to be mailed in or dropped off to Bernheim's office no later than three weeks before the wedding date. Upon receipt of FULL PAYMENT and signed agreement, the wedding will be placed on the calendar and confirmation will be sent.
Optional: If not in use, the Garden
Pavilion is available for dress and preparation only, unless otherwise
scheduled by the office. Indoor rest rooms are available there, but
they are not handicap accessible. Bernheim will charge an additional
$50.00 to the party if there is any clean up involved inside or outside
of the Garden Pavilion other than emptying trash cans. Rental time
must coincide with the wedding location rental time.
Refund Policy: Tentative reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the non-refundable $50.00 deposit. Make checks payable to Bernheim. Confirmed reservations are made when the balance is paid in full. If plans change, please notify the office as soon as possible as refunds will ONLY be made up to 1 week prior to the reserved date if a cancellation is made. A full refund (less the non-refundable $50 deposit) will be made in case of inclement weather, and ONLY if you did not use the wedding facility at any time that day due to inclement weather. Please have an alternate facility available, perhaps the site chosen for the reception. Bernheim does not have an appropriate shelter or building available.
Bernheim MUST HAVE the wedding policy signed and returned with full payment before a wedding can take place.
