Pack a blanket and bring everyone out for our FREE old-fashioned family picnic! Pick a spot around the arboretum or join us on the Green Lawn at the Research Center. Bring your own meal or enjoy our affordable, traditional picnic fare, and games.

  • Brats, Burgers, Grilled Corn, Hand-dipped Ice Cream and Ice-Cold Watermelon
  • Fun contests and games with great prizes,
    2:00 – 4:00 p.m. on the Green Lawn at the Research Center: Turkey Calling, Seed Spitting, Sack Races, more
  • Bluegrass Music and as always, 80 Wonderful Things to Do at Bernheim!
