PROGRAM REGISTRATION
Reservations for all Bernheim programs are confirmed upon receipt of payment. All programs have a limited capacity and we ask that you make your reservations in advance. We accept most major credit cards.

PROGRAM POLICIES
Most Bernheim programs have a specific intended audience. Some programs are for families, some for children and some for adult learners only. If you have questions about the appropriateness of a program for your needs we invite you to contact us in advance. Bernheim reserves the right to limit participation in some programs to a specific audience.
Although pets are allowed at Bernheim, they are not allowed at programs.
Smoking is not permitted near program groups even when programs are conducted outdoors.

ADMISSION TO BERNHEIM FOR PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS
Program fees do not include the Bernheim environmental impact-admission fee. Entrance is free for Bernheim members. Entrance for non-members is $5.00 per carload on Saturday and Sunday. We invite you to become a member for free year-round admission to Bernheim and discounts on programs and classes. For questions regarding membership, call 502-955-8512, ext. 236.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Program cancellations must be made 2 business days prior to the program/class date in order to receive a full refund. Reservations made within two business days of the program will not be eligible for a refund.

WEATHER POLICY
Bernheim Forest is an outdoor experience. Dress for the weather. Should inclement weather force Bernheim to cancel a program for safety reasons, your entire program/class fee will be refunded. The program leader will contact you at the phone number you provided upon registration as soon as a decision has been made to cancel a program.

PROGRAM CHANGES
Bernheim sometimes makes last-minute program changes due to weather, safety considerations, or events outside of our control. We will make every attempt to communicate with you about program changes using the phone number you provide upon registration.
