Tai Chi at Bernheim

Improve your mind, body and spirit with Tai Chi at Bernheim. This 5-week short course for novices and returning students runs for five consecutive Thursday evenings in the beautiful, peaceful setting of nature.

Dr. M.O. “Baba” Serikali and assistant instructor Revakah Higgins-Myers will continue this popular ten-week instruction series in the practice of Tai Chi Chuan, an ancient Chinese martial art that has evolved into a highly effective form of exercise regardless of age or physical ability. Tai Chi involves a series of slow, meditative body movements that help strengthen the body, while improving relaxation, posture and balance.

This course is appropriate for beginning through intermediate students.  Beginners will practice the Yang Style thirteen posture Wudan Form and intermediate students will practice the Yang Style twenty-four posture Bejing Form.  

Bernheim offers a valuable sanctuary for creating a healthier mind, body and spirit any time of the year. Tai Chi at Bernheim offers a unique opportunity to learn and practice the flowing art of Tai Chi in the beautiful, peaceful setting of nature.
